Branch & Marketing Manager
The first thing you notice about Melanie is her enthusiasm. Next, you discover her thorough familiarity with the precise details of most every loan product available. All of a sudden, you realize you are at the closing table, and the whole process has been painless. That’s why Melanie has originated and closed over 5,000 home loans. That’s why one client referred to her as, “my lender for life.”
After graduating from the University of Colorado with a degree in Marketing and Advertising, Melanie entered the field of mortgage banking where she immediately excelled. One year later, she was sitting in the office of the President of CU, Gordon Gee – at his personal invitation – taking his loan application. In his remaining years in office, he referred dozens of additional clients to her, thereby contributing to the strong customer base she enjoys today.
Melanie and her husband, Charlie, own a tree farm. While running the tree farm keeps him busy, it also provides great fun and enjoyment for their entire family, including their two children, Lauren and Cole.
