Eric Peltier

Starting in 2003 as a Mortgage Banker, Eric S. Peltier found an industry that suited his constant communication style, relentless work ethic, and unending mission to re-form every client into a Loan Expert. He will not rest until his clients understand every aspect of their particular transaction and every aspect of the available loan vehicles.

His road did not start in Finance, though, originally aquiring a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Minnesota in 1997. Between 1997 and 2003 he participated in the construction of such notable structures as the Xcel Energy Center and the Science Museum of Minnesota in St. Paul MN, 50 South Sixth Street in Minneapolis MN, and the Colorado Mills Mall in Golden CO.

Needing a “Intermission” from the construction industry, Eric took a position with Chase Manhattan in February 2003 as a Mortgage Banker. The “Intermission” was much more fun than the main attraction and Eric has never seen the last half of the movie.
