Eric Peltier

With more than 8 years experience in the home mortgage lending field, I have learned that this is a customer-driven business, more so than many other fields. My goal is to be one step ahead in every aspect of the mortgage process, whether it’s anticipating and planning for a change in a Contract and the effect on the mortgage process, or simply having every lending resource at my fingertips. I have always loved the Macy’s motto: “Be everywhere, do everything, and never fail to astonish the customer.”

In my mortgage lending career, I have weathered the storm, and have gladly emerged as a trusted partner for my clients and referral sources. Originating a mortgage is now a job for the detail-oriented personality, like myself, not a sales job like it was when lending was “looser.” I’m proud to say I never drank the Kool-aid in the 2003-2007 era, never originating Subprime, Neg-Am, or Pick-a-Payment mortgages.

My mantra is “It’s about you, not me.” I strive to immediately adapt to my clients’ communication and information needs, without allowing myself or other deals to get in the way. If my clients feel like they were my only deal going, I have succeeded.

I am also the creator of the iPhone application CondoSageTM. CondoSageTM is a database application designed for the research of specific Condominium or Townhome projects, to better assist the housing community make informed choices when shopping for a Condominium or Townhome. Currently servicing Colorado, CondosageTM will be rolling out nationally in 2012.

When not working, Eric can be found vacationing with his wife and two daughters, racing mountain bikes for the RockyMounts/Izze Race Team, and experimenting in the kitchen.
