Ian Bennett

The first thing you will notice about Ian Bennett is his genuine and personable demeanor. A mortgage professional since 2006, Ian understands that the only way to help his clients achieve their goal of owning real estate is to truly care about them, the situation, and their needs. A mortgage is often the largest aspect of a person’s financial picture, and Ian takes pride in educating his clients and assisting them in finding the best possible loan.

Prior to working in home finance, Ian managed his own construction company. That experience crafted his approach to dealing with clients, namely that sound strategic planning based on long-term goals is the only way to true success.

Ian was born and raised in southern Vermont, but has lived in Colorado since 1999. He studied Construction Management at CSU Denver prior to starting off on his own. Ian loves the outdoors and enjoys Colorado’s many opportunities for hiking and fly fishing. He also is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu coach and a outdoors enthusiast. Ian is happily married to Jill, a pediatric occupational therapist and Boulder native.
