J. Jason Thomas

There is not much Jason has not seen after 16 years in the mortgage business. His clients appreciate his knowledge and experience, and he prides himself on being a problem solver, closing deals that others could not. Jason starts every relationship with a detailed interview to understand his client’s needs, carefully listening to their situation and motivations to help guide them towards the best available loan.

Jason believes “the Lord gave us two ears and one mouth and we should use them in that same ratio.” He also adheres strictly to the professional philosophy that “if it is not good for the client in the long run, it will not be good for me either”.

A Boulder native, Jason attended grade school locally and graduated from Fairview High School. At the University of Northern Colorado he earned a BS in Business emphasizing Finance, with minors in History and Philosophy. For 14 years he held a stock broker license and managed a portfolio, gaining valuable perspective about analyzing client’s complete financial plan. During his free time Jason loves playing baseball and basketball with his son Nick, and enjoys skiing and scuba diving.
