Jennifer Asbury

Jennifer works tirelessly to help her clients realize their dream of buying a new home. Jennifer has worked in banking and real estate financing since 1992, with many years serving the affluent market. While she specializes in jumbo mortgages and helping borrowers with elaborate financial situations, she has diverse experience with every size and style of mortgage. Jennifer’s strong underwriting background means she’s not afraid to dissect complex tax returns, and her deep knowledge of estate and financial planning, investments and trusts helps her to work closely with her client’s CPA or financial advisor to ensure the overall fit of any mortgage.

An active community member, Jennifer currently serves as the President of the Boulder Housing Corporation Board, and was the previous Vice President. She also served on the Boulder County Family Self Sufficiency Advisory Board, holding the Board Chair position for 3 years. In 2003 Jennifer received the Humanitarian of the Year award from the Humane Society of Boulder Valley, and was Chairperson of their gala fundraiser for two years.

Jennifer grew up in Atlanta, GA and Hudson, OH, and earned a BA from DePauw University in Political Science. She moved to Boulder in 2001, and loves to spend time hiking and running in the outdoors with her husband, daughter, and two English Setters.
