_____ Alimony/Child Support – proof of last 12 months receipt of payments
_____ Copy of signed divorce decree/separation agreement (all pages)
_____ Copies of notes receivable or other income (SS or retirement)
ASSET DOCUMENTATION
_____ Last 2 months bank statements (all pages)**

_____ Gift letter signed by borrowers and donors
_____ Receipt of gift funds – copy of check and deposit slip
_____ Copy of settlement statement from sale of home
