Steve Evans brings a unique perspective to working with his clients. As a licensed real estate broker for more than 20 years and a loan officer for four years, Steve understands the many nuances of purchasing property. He has internalized the issues, and takes great pride in helping his clients reach their financial goals through strategic real estate and loan transactions.

Steve attended the University of Colorado at Boulder, and received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing.

Born and raised in Newport Beach, California, Steve moved to Boulder 15 years ago to raise his family. His wife Colby is a professional photographer, and they have three children – Cassidy, Beau and Charlie. The whole Evans family loves to live the Colorado dream, spending their free time outdoors hiking, skiing and mountain biking. Steve also enjoys live music, and organizes concerts for his Newlands neighbors and friends at Eldora Ski Resort.
